President
Eric graduated from Laval University in Quebec City in 1997 as a geological engineer and has since worked in operations management for exploration mining, oil & gas and construction engineering. He has held various positions from Project manager to CEO in junior mining companies in Canada and Africa and has participated in all levels of company management from sales and business management to technical project management. He held the position of Managing Director of the company since 2011 and subsequent to a change of control in the Company in 2021, he is now president and administrator. He is a member in good standing of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.

Shawn is an experienced geoscientist and business leader with a strong track record in organizational strategy, project management, and geophysical data analysis. As the Managing Director of SEMM Geoservices, Shawn drives operational excellence and cultivates new market opportunities across Canada and internationally. With over a decade of experience, Shawn has excelled in roles ranging from Chief Operating Officer to University Professor, showcasing expertise in geology, geophysics, environmental science, and leadership. His achievements include implementing innovative workflows, establishing advanced research labs, and fostering client relationships with top-tier mining companies. A recognized mentor and communicator, Shawn combines technical expertise with strategic insights to deliver impactful results. He holds professional affiliations with the PGO and AEMQ.
Field Services Manager
Marcelo is a seasoned manager and geophysical technician with extensive mechanical skills and expertise in downhole trajectory measurement, geophysics, and geotechnical operations. He has delivered high-quality services across North, Central, and South America, Europe, and the Antarctic Territory. Marcelo’s problem-solving skills have been honed through work in extreme conditions, including the Atacama Desert, Central American rainforests, high-altitude projects above 5,000 meters, and polar regions like Nunavik and Antarctica. His mechanical expertise ensures reliable and efficient equipment performance in demanding environments. He has collaborated with top mining companies such as BHP Billiton, Barrick Gold, Codelco Chile, and Glencore. Marcelo has also led training, managed project startups, and built teams and equipment from scratch, driving operational excellence and successful project outcomes.
